Camparo.
A winery that farms eleven hectares under vine (three of which are in the Nizza Monferrato area and entirely planted to Barbera) but is especially well-known for some delicious Dolcetto wines and solid Barolos from the Coste di Vergne and Boiolo crus (the latter vines bought in 2009). The oldest vineyard they have is in fact a seventy years old vineyard located opposite the castle of Grinzane Cavour. The vines have been organically farmed since twenty-six years.
