Founded by André Vrinat in 1946, Taillevent in Paris is, very simply put, one of the world’s truly great Restaurants. That’s right, Restaurant, with a capital “R”: for when it comes to dining destinations, there are the good, the bad and the ugly, the very good to outstanding that try really hard, and then the outstanding that don’t really have to, because everything about them flows freely while oozing easy-going charm, natural ability and savoir-faire.
